Isabella Hughes, a Year 12 pupil, St. Catherine’s College, won through to the final five of a STEM Sustainability in Space Technology competition called Viasat Beyond: Space. In April, she attended an all-expenses paid trip to London where she worked with space technology experts before formally presenting her Sustainability in Space Technology project to a panel of judges where she was awarded 4th place. Isabella is keen to pursue her dream career in space technology.
